We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility
• Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation, receipt, or Amazon order ID).
• This guarantee applies to one (1) unit per customer.
• The product must be purchased from Keppi or an authorized retailer.
Return & Refund Process
• Customers may be required to return the product before a refund is issued.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
• Refunds are issued for the purchase price only (shipping, handling, and taxes are non-refundable where permitted by law).
• Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once eligibility is confirmed.
Additional Notes
• This guarantee is intended for first-time product trials and is not valid for repeat purchases of the same product.
• Bulk, wholesale, or subscription orders may not be eligible.
• Keppi reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these terms or appear to be abusive.
